Helm is built in phases. Each phase adds a layer of capability while keeping the platform stable and usable at every step.

Phase 1: MVP

The foundation. Ship a working product that solves real problems on day one.

• helm-agent — lightweight daemon on customer endpoints, executes commands locally
• Browser-based TUI — Warp-like terminal in KASM containers, accessible from any browser
• Goose AI copilot — natural language to PowerShell, human-in-the-loop by default
• NinjaRMM integration — device context, alerts, and inventory piped into every session

Phase 2: Full Workflow

Connect the rest of the MSP tool stack so Helm becomes the single pane of glass.

• PSA integration — bidirectional ticket sync, triage notes, resolution write-back, session links in tickets
• Help Desk icon — end-user-facing icon on endpoints for self-service ticket creation
• CIPP integration — natural language Microsoft 365 administration
• Chocolatey + winget — AI-assisted software deployment and auditing

Phase 3: Security

Harden the platform for regulated industries and enterprise MSPs.

• Headscale / WireGuard — zero-trust mesh networking, no public ports, ACL policies
• DLP audit logging — keystroke, clipboard, and file transfer tracking
• Session recording — full playback for compliance review
• Exportable audit reports — SOC 2, HIPAA, and regulatory framework support

Phase 4: AI Autonomy

Give technicians the option to let the copilot act independently when appropriate.

• AI-only mode toggle — switch from copilot to autonomous execution per session
• Autopilot daemon — background agent that handles routine alerts without human intervention
• Runbook RAG — upload your SOPs and runbooks; the AI follows them step by step

Phase 5: SaaS Platform

Scale Helm from a tool into a platform.

• Self-service signup — MSPs onboard without manual provisioning
• Usage-based billing — automated metering and invoicing
• Swarm Mode — coordinate multiple AI copilots across a fleet of endpoints simultaneously
