Section titled “Microsoft 365 Management”Helm integrates with the CIPP REST API to bring natural language Microsoft 365 administration into every technician session. Available in Phase 2.
What You Can Do
Section titled “What You Can Do”Ask the copilot to handle M365 tasks in plain English. Helm translates your request into the appropriate CIPP API calls and returns the results.
Examples:
- “Check the mailbox quota for jsmith@contoso.com”
- “List all assigned licenses for this user”
- “Reset MFA for the marketing team lead”
- “Offboard this employee — disable sign-in, revoke sessions, convert mailbox to shared”
- “Show me all users without MFA enabled”
How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”- Your CIPP instance connects to Helm Cloud via API key.
- During a session, the AI copilot has access to CIPP endpoints for the relevant tenant.
- You describe what you need in natural language.
- The copilot builds the API call, shows you the action for approval, and executes it.
Why CIPP
Section titled “Why CIPP”CIPP (CyberDrain Improved Partner Portal) is the leading open-source M365 multi-tenant management tool. By integrating with CIPP rather than calling Microsoft Graph directly, Helm inherits battle-tested multi-tenant isolation and a mature API surface.
Availability
Section titled “Availability”Microsoft 365 management is available starting in Phase 2. Phase 1 focuses on core RMM integration and the AI copilot workflow.
