Roadmap
Section titled “Roadmap”Helm ships in five phases. Each phase is independently valuable — if we stopped at any point, the last-shipped version is still a commercially useful product.
Phase 1 — The AI Terminal (Weeks 1–5)
Section titled “Phase 1 — The AI Terminal (Weeks 1–5)”Ships: Standalone helm.exe — AI troubleshooting assistant with a premium terminal UI.
Technicians launch it from any PowerShell session on any machine they’re already connected to. Natural language to commands. Visual output blocks. Proactive error explanation on failures.
Standalone value: “Claude Code for sysadmins.”
Phase 2 — The AI Terminal + Integrations (Weeks 6–10)
Section titled “Phase 2 — The AI Terminal + Integrations (Weeks 6–10)”Ships: Phase 1 plus RMM integration (NinjaRMM first), PSA integration, M365 management, and software deployment.
The AI now has full context — it knows what’s wrong, who reported it, what the user’s M365 setup looks like, and can deploy software to fix it.
Standalone value: “Tier 3 engineer in a box.”
Phase 3 — The Remote AI Terminal (Weeks 10–14)
Section titled “Phase 3 — The Remote AI Terminal (Weeks 10–14)”Ships: Phase 2 plus native remote desktop.
Helm becomes a full remote support platform — connect to an endpoint, see the desktop, switch to the AI tab, troubleshoot. This is when the competitive story crystallizes.
Standalone value: “TeamViewer + AI for $49/month.”
Phase 4 — The Secure Platform (Weeks 14–18)
Section titled “Phase 4 — The Secure Platform (Weeks 14–18)”Ships: Phase 3 plus zero-trust encrypted networking, browser-based access, and DLP audit logging.
Enterprise product complete. Healthcare, legal, and financial MSP accounts unlocked.
Standalone value: The Enterprise tier.
Phase 5 — The Full Platform (Weeks 18+)
Section titled “Phase 5 — The Full Platform (Weeks 18+)”Ships: Full SaaS — self-service signup, free tier token tracking, BYOK key management, and autonomous alert remediation (the AI resolves RMM alerts without a technician).
Standalone value: Self-serve, auto-scaling platform.
Current Status
Section titled “Current Status”Helm is in closed early access. Phase 1 is in active development. Early access members get direct input on the roadmap and founding rate locked forever.
